Domiciliary Care Assistants

Job Summary
- Assist clients with personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Support clients with mobility, transfers, and safe positioning.
Prepare meals and assist with feeding while ensuring nutritional needs are met. - Carry out light household duties such as cleaning, laundry, and maintaining a safe environment.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to promote wellbeing and independence.
Administer or assist with medication in accordance with care plans and company policies. - Monitor clients’ health and wellbeing and report any changes or concerns to management.
Maintain accurate care records and follow safeguarding procedures.
Person Specification
- Previous experience in care is desirable but not essential; full training will be provided.
- Passionate about helping others and making a positive difference.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable, compassionate, and able to work independently.
- Willingness to travel between service users’ homes.
- Right to work in the UK.
- Enhanced DBS check or willingness to obtain one.
